População hostiliza soldados no Complexo do Alemão

A ocupação militar do Complexo do Alemão, iniciada no final de novembro de 2010, vem apontando claramente os limites que a solução militar encontra na resolução dos conflitos urbanos ligados ao tráfico de drogas nos bairros pobres das grandes cidades. Soldados do exército são obrigados a uma convivência cotidiana violenta com a população local que potencialmente tende a desgastar o moral da tropa. Para os não-cariocas, o Alemão é um bairro da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, de urbanização muito precária. Oficialmente, para a administração carioca, não é uma favela, ou atravessa vários bairros, como às vezes certas leituras sugerem."LEIA O RESTANTE...
